Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NetSuite System Administrator to join our team. As the NetSuite System Admin, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring that it supports our business growth and enables us to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with our finance, operations, and IT teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our NetSuite system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the NetSuite ERP system, including user access, security, and data integrity
- Develop and implement system customization, workflows, and scripting to optimize system performance and user experience
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements and enhancements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with best practices for data governance, security, and privacy
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to ensure effective use of the system
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and functionality to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite system administrator in a transportation or supply chain company
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP system architecture, administration, and customization
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with other ERP systems and integrations is a plus.
The expected salary range for this role is $120-150K or Contractor ~12,000/month. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
