Essential Position Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively to all customers, internal or external.
- Data entry into multiple web based and non-web based systems.
- Arrange pick-up and delivery schedules based on customer needs.
- Understand and adapt to each customers mannerisms, behaviors and means of communication.
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Ability to work well with others.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in transportation industry preferred, but not required.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
