Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct truck and trailer parts
- Process orders, returns, and inventory transactions efficiently
- Maintain and organize inventory to ensure accurate stocking
- Provide technical support and product recommendations
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source parts
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions professionally
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in truck/trailer parts or automotive industry preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 80lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Computer proficiency, including inventory and sales systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
