The Manager of Data, Reporting and Configuration is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and usability of core asset and lease data supporting the company’s aircraft and engine portfolio. This role ensures that aircraft, lease, transaction and related financial and operational data are properly maintained across lease management systems, databases, and SharePoint-based tools, and translated into high-quality internal and board-level reporting. This role serves as the data steward for CAM.
The position sits at the intersection of asset management, reporting, and analytics, working closely with finance, commercial and leadership teams to support strategically aligned decision-making, portfolio oversight and governance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and maintain asset data within Cloudcards lease management system.
- Coordinate with other departments in CAM to make sure their data is up to date in Cloudcards lease management system to facilitate efficient reporting.
- Configure and maintain asset data structures and reference data.
- Manage supporting data stored in databases and SharePoint lists.
- Establish data validation and quality control processes.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Create or modify Power BI semantic models.
- Use DAX and Power Query to transform data and create metrics.
- Produce asset marketing materials including aircraft brochures and data sheets.
- Ensure asset specifications and configurations are accurate.
- Support data preparation for board reporting.
- Strong data ownership mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into reporting
- Clear communication skills
- Four-year advanced degree in Business, Aviation Data Analysis or a related discipline.
- Aviation industry experience highly desirable, or other equivalent asset intensive or manufacturing industry work experience.
- 5 years' experience with operational process analysis and database management.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of semantic models, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong problem-solving skills and very strong analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task throughout the workday.
- 2 years experience with Cloudcards or similar Aviation asset and lease management software.
- Aviation industry experience with aircraft leasing or asset management.
- Experience supporting board-level reporting.
- Familiarity with aircraft technical and commercial data.
- Experience with SQL and data management
