In addition, this role involves partnering with cross functional teams to strengthen compliance, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction, minimization or process variation, process recovery realization, waste reduction, cost minimization and ability to act as a specialist backup. In addition, this role involves partnering with cross functional teams to strengthen compliance, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Handle customer audits, initiatives and follow ups.
- Approve final production and assurance of compliance to customer specifications.
- Maintain and coordinate the chemist technician partnership and training systems.
- Provide process improvement support, specialized testing, training, audit systems, analyze data, identify trends, troubleshoot, corrective action and communication regarding processing data and final product.
- Assess quality parameters and systems including cross checks, raw materials, calibration, maintenance, procedures, food safety, training, auditing and oversight of analytical testing performed in control rooms.
- Support process trials, validations, and change management activities impacting product safety or quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation, specifications, testing records, and certifications in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Demonstrate commitment to food safety, quality culture, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with analytical testing methods and preparation of solutions (e.g., moisture, pH and titration.)
- Proficiency with laboratory information management systems (SAP) and quality documentation tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision making.
- Strong problem‑solving and investigative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and large projects while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working in a food or feed manufacturing facility.
