- Ability to do basic math calculations, example: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to use a powered industrial truck (PIT) or eligible to acquire license and maintain the license
- Have basic computer skills
- Previous production and food handling experience
- Previous forklift and power equipment experience
- Work history in the last 12 months
