Job Purpose and Impact
The Continuous Improvement and Change Management Lead will lead and broadly oversee day to day continuous improvement portfolio activities for a single location. In this role, you will provide guidance and direction to develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives. You will conduct continuous improvement activities with medium to high project cost and risk and activities with medium to high levels of ambiguity. You will lead the Operations High Performance Team Coaches to support strategy development, metrics and community engagement.
Key Accountabilities
- Communicate updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to upper management and lead the CSSTNA Annual Recognition Program.
- Lead all aspects of our team that will identify, monitor, and implement continuous improvement best practices including organization assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and strategies execution.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement plans for projects with medium to high cost and risk to reach and sustain project goals including managing the CSSTNA recognition budget and Contributions Budget.
- Lead and oversee the staff of coaches who conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies to enhance the overall operational team health.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
- Lead cross business engagement and change networks, provide direction to ensure consistent approach, use of tools, cascading of messages and partner with key leaders and stakeholders to execute the business strategy.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated change leadership capabilities
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen and business planning savvy

- Microsoft Office Suite experience
