Compensation: $22.02 - $23.74/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the operation of Minibulk equipment including LOTO procedures
- Preventative maintenance on applicable Minibulk equipment
- Responsible to carry out Master Sanitation Schedule and assure Minibulk operations meet or exceed FSSC 22000, and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
- Operates in a safe manner which will prevent injury to self and others
- Organize production runs based on priorities given by Supervision and Supply Chain
- Run the Minibulk equipment in efficient manner to meet production standards
- Maintain the food integrity of the Minibulk system
- Perform all minor repair work relating to the Minibulk equipment
- Maintain all other equipment related to the Minibulk production line
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic use of a computer and typing skills
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with and without advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, Inventory Systems, SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing and or production related work environment
