What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in collision repair and refinishing
- Ability to perform structural, mechanical, and body repairs
- Strong understanding of repair procedures, estimating systems, and safety standards
- Detail-oriented craftsmanship and pride in quality
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality body repairs, panel replacements, and frame work
- Conduct tear-downs, reassemblies, and accurate repair planning
- Work efficiently to meet cycle times while maintaining exceptional quality
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and insurance standards
- Communicate clearly with estimators and team members
