Systems Consultant - Accounting Software

Cargas is hiring a Systems Consultant to help customers succeed with Sage Intacct. From implementation to training and ongoing support, you’ll guide customers through each step and make sure their systems continue to deliver value over time.

This role is a great fit for someone with a background in accounting, finance, or business operations who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working directly with customers. Many of our team members started in similar roles before transitioning into consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Sage Intacct implementations for a variety of customers.

• Learn how each business operates and find ways to make processes more efficient.

• Configure and optimize Sage Intacct to align with customer goals.

• Provide training and ongoing support to help customers succeed long-term.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver results.

• Keep learning and stay current with Sage Intacct best practices.

Experience We Value

• 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, business operations, or a related area.

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other ERP/business software.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• A desire to learn new systems and translate business needs into practical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
