Cargas is hiring a CRM Specialist to lead customers through successful HubSpot implementations and optimizations that align with their sales, marketing, and operational goals. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through every step of the implementation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations for a variety of customers.
- Analyze workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Configure and customize HubSpot features to align with customer goals.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot certifications, product updates, and best practices.
Your Background
- 3 years of experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms, including implementation, configuration, or optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience We Value
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Experience analyzing sales, marketing, or operational data.
