We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to take full ownership of safety across our active job sites in the Chicagoland area. This role is split between field enforcement and administrative follow-through: mornings will be spent on job sites conducting inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with field crews and GC safety teams; afternoons will focus on documentation, reporting, and maintaining compliance records.
The ideal candidate is not just knowledgeable, but assertive and consistent in applying safety standards in real-world conditions. You will be expected to identify hazards, correct unsafe behaviors, and ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently, can handle pushback from crews when necessary, and will follow through to ensure issues are fully resolved and documented.
This is a hands-on position for someone who understands construction environments, takes pride in running a tight and compliant job site, and is willing to take responsibility for both the field conditions and the accuracy of all safety reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
