Looking for an Insurance Account Associate
Carey, Richmond & Viking is one of the leading independent insurance agencies in southern New England. We are a 3rd generation family-owned insurance agency with thousands of clients in New England and throughout the US. We are looking for a Insurance Account Technician to join our Commercial Insurance team. This is an entry level position based out of our Fall River office.

The perfect candidate will have…
- Working in office setting for insurance, real estate, or mortgage industries a plus but not required.
- High School diploma required, College degree a plus.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven to succeed.
- Computer literate in Microsoft office products such as word, excel, outlook, etc.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Complete work timely, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to make a good first impression based upon the total of one’s personality, character, and professionalism; also, must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills required to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and other entities beneficial to the success of the Company.
Essential Job Duties
- Support account managers
- Follow up on outstanding endorsements and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
