What You'll Do
- Lead project controls activities across the full project lifecycle, from development through close-out.
- Develop and maintain detailed project estimates, forecasts, schedules, and cash flow updates.
- Monitor project progress, cost performance, risks, change orders, contingency, and pending commercial impacts.
- Perform schedule reviews and analysis to validate progress, identify concerns, and support contractual compliance.
- Coordinate with project, corporate, accounting, and finance teams to ensure accurate project reporting and forecasting.
- Support contract administration, including interpretation of commercial terms and change order evaluation.
- Provide guidance and training on project controls processes, reporting requirements, and document management systems.
- Interface with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to validate cost and schedule data.
- Prepare action plans, quantity takeoffs, and project analysis to support construction execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction, project management, technical discipline, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in project controls for major construction or capital projects.
- Experience with cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, progress measurement, and payment tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, including resource assignments and progress calculations.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier preferred.
- Experience with corporate financial modeling or forecasting systems preferred.
- Knowledge of construction document control and management practices.
- Strong understanding of construction contracting methods, including EPC, lump sum, unit price, time and materials, and cost-plus.
- Ability to interpret contract terms, assess entitlements, and support change order negotiations.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, diverse, and inclusive environment.
Salary : $60 - $64
