Carex is partnering with a Professional Services industry partner to hire an IT Manager, Enterprise Applications. This role will oversee and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms that support core business operations across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and collaboration environments. The IT Manager will ensure applications are reliable, secure, well-documented, integrated, and aligned with evolving organizational needs.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator for enterprise SaaS applications, ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance with governance standards.
- Manage and optimize platforms such as Dayforce, Acumatica, Agiloft, Blackline, FinQuery, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor integrations between systems to improve data flow and reduce manual processes.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, IT, and external vendors to improve workflows and support business processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for SaaS vendors, managing support escalations, renewals, service delivery, and roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop system roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
- Maintain clear documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and system capabilities.
- Coordinate application updates, configuration changes, and releases with appropriate testing, communication, and user support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and business process issues, partnering with internal teams and vendors to drive timely resolution.
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS applications.
- Hands-on experience administering at least two of the following: Dayforce, Acumatica, Agiloft, Blackline, FinQuery, or Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise application management.
- Experience with identity and access management, audit controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead support escalations, renewals, and service delivery conversations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and support structured change management processes.
