What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale programs and projects.
- Create and manage detailed change management plans that drive adoption, sustain organizational changes, and maximize return on investment.
- Establish and lead change management workstreams and project teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and success metrics related to change management activities.
- Monitor execution progress and provide regular status updates to program leadership, PMO teams, sponsors, and advisory stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate people-related risks, issues, and decision points throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Partner with project teams to develop communication and training strategies that support successful adoption.
- Assess organizational readiness and develop approaches to measure awareness, understanding, and support for change initiatives.
- Drive awareness, engagement, ownership, and adoption of changes across impacted audiences.
- Facilitate change networks, feedback channels, readiness activities, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Provide guidance and support for end-user training design and communication delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on change management methodologies, practices, and deliverables.
- Consult with and influence project sponsors, executives, and leadership teams to align change strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure successful transition of change sustainment ownership at project close.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of organizational change management experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
- PROSCI Change Management Certification (Required).
- CCMP certification is also highly valued.
- Demonstrated success leading complex change management programs from initiation through implementation and sustainment.
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop change strategies and roadmaps that increase awareness, engagement, adoption, and long-term success.
- Strong ability to quickly understand business needs, organizational culture, historical change experiences, and change readiness.
- Exceptional verbal, written, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience building productive relationships with executives, sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams across all organizational levels.
- Strong influencing and consulting skills with the ability to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to design strategic solutions for complex organizational challenges.
- Demonstrated project leadership skills, including managing schedules, deliverables, outcomes, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, customer focus, results orientation, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
