Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join our occupational health clinic team. As we expand our capabilities with brand-new, on-site x-ray equipment, this position will be instrumental in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging for our patients. This role will work closely with our providers and nursing staff to support daily clinic operations, work-related injury care, pre-employment services, and ongoing employee health needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to both patients and employer clients. A proactive candidate who is excited to help integrate our new imaging workflows into daily operations will thrive in this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Licensure (Required)

  • Education: Degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Certification: Current and active certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography.
  • State Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice radiography in the state of practice.
  • Life Support: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Experience & Skills

  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist. (New graduates with a strong clinical rotation background may be considered).
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to perform standard radiographic exams independently and operate x-ray equipment safely, adhering to all ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) radiation safety principles.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to be cross-trained in standard clinical support duties (e.g., rooming patients, taking vital signs) during periods of low imaging volume.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients and collaborate effectively with providers.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Occupational Health" Bonus)

  • Previous experience in Occupational Health, Urgent Care, or Orthopedics.
  • Certification or willingness to obtain certification in DOT Urine Drug Screen Collection and Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT).

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
