Per Diem Care Captain (Lead Caregiver)
Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Per Diem / Flexible Hours
We’re looking for a Per Diem Lead Caregiver (Care Captain) to visit clients, ensure their well-being, and help keep care plans up to date.

What You’ll Do
- Visit assigned clients to check on their well-being and satisfaction
- Observe and report any changes in condition or care needs
- Update and review care plans as needed
- Communicate observations and updates promptly to the office team
- Represent CareWorks with professionalism, empathy, and reliability

Requirements
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have an active CNA or HHA license, or 5 years of caregiving experience
- Are dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, or other languages)
- CPR/First Aid Certified
