What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Center Lead position at CareWell Urgent Care of MA, PC?
The Center Lead position serves as the first line of support for the Practice Manager. This role requires assuming full responsibility for all clinical and administrative duties within a given shift when the manager is absent.
This is a Full-Time Opportunity
Center Lead - tasks include but are not limited to:
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of the center during center hours
- Responsible for arrival at the center at least 15 minutes before opening when functioning as the Lead for the shift, ensuring that the center is open and fully operational on time
- Communicate to all staff the changes in policy, procedure, or method in which the work is expected to be performed
- Oversee that medications are appropriately dispensed from the MDScripts system to patients that have requested the service
- Confirm daily tasks are performed and appropriately logged
- Ensure controls are run as scheduled on equipment and supplies
- Assist center manager in submission of inventory, supply orders and logs
- Confirm Orbits inventory control system is being effectively used by staff
- Receive deliveries and verify stock is managed
- Ensure staff is submitting tickets for any IT issues
- Assist staff in contacting the home office with any billing related concerns
- Ensure all Occupational health visits are appropriately addressed and supporting documentation is completed in accordance with established protocol
- Assist in the training and on-boarding of new employees
- Recognize and manage issues that can arise with the staff, facilities, and customers; Collaborate with the appropriate parties to resolve these issues in a timely manner
