This is a 1099 independent contractor position for individuals who want flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to earn strong income while helping people get safely to their medical appointments.

What the job involves
- Safely transporting clients to and from medical appointments
- Assisting ambulatory and wheelchair passengers

Compensation
This is a per-trip contractor position with strong earning potential based on availability, efficiency, and completed trips.
Average Earnings
- Drivers average approximately $5,000 per month, depending on trip volume, availability, and performance
Preferred Availability
- Monday through Friday
- Preferred hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Optional Saturdays may be available based on driver preference and business needs (not required)
Driver Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Calm, flexible attitude when schedules shift
- Reliable personal vehicle required
Contractor Responsibilities
As an independent contractor, drivers are responsible for:
- Fuel/gas expenses
- Vehicle maintenance
While actively operating under our dispatch and transporting a client, drivers are covered under the company’s commercial umbrella policy in the event of an accident — similar in structure to coverage provided by rideshare platforms such as Uber and Lyft.
This coverage applies specifically while actively transporting a client during assigned trips.
Experience in NEMT is appreciated, but honestly, personality, reliability, and professionalism matter more to us than industry experience.
Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
