Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is a well-established, fast paced small animal practice located in Cortland, NY. We see primarily dogs and cats! We believe the care of our patients is top priority and work together to make sure each pet receives the care they deserve.
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking patients in, checking patients out
- Provide customer service such as greeting customers, fielding questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments
- Answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Update patient charts
- Retrieve prescriptions
- Maintain the cleanliness of waiting room
Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or relevant education and work experience
- Customer Service
- Organizational Skills/Multitasking/Attention to detail
- Computer skills/Digitally proficient
- Team oriented but able to work independently
- Communication skills
- Dependable, punctual
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods
- Problem Solving
