CareVet is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for our corporate headquarters across multiple departments, including Accounting, Finance, People and Culture, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to attract and secure top talent that aligns with our culture, mission, and values.

This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for our corporate headquarters across multiple departments, including Accounting, Finance, People and Culture, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with C-Suite and department leaders to develop and refine job descriptions and specifications tailored to their specific needs and team dynamics.
- Craft compelling and targeted job postings and messaging to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for a wide range of roles, from individual contributor to executive positions.
- Leverage both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews; assess candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Present shortlists of qualified candidates and make informed recommendations to hiring teams.
- Draft and extend offer letters, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation frameworks.
- Fully leverage new and existing tools, including but not limited to Paycor Recruiting, iCIMS, Predictive Index, PayFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more.
- Support in facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives within the People & Culture team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including roles ranging from individual contributors to executives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail in all aspects of recruiting and documentation.
- Proven ability to successfully fill roles across a wide range of levels and functions simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems; familiarity with Paycor Recruiting or iCIMS is a plus.
