Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care including assisting with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Support veterinarians during surgeries and medical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as directed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Assist with client communication, education, and support to ensure excellent client care.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Current certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.
