The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with animals, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in managing front desk duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar accurately.
• Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Maintain and update patient records with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Answer phone calls promptly, provide information, and direct calls as necessary.
• Assist clients by answering questions and providing support during stressful or emotional situations.
• Demonstrate understanding of basic veterinary terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Work collaboratively with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
