Project Manager (Electrical / Industrial Projects)

Care Team is helping the Zang Agency make a new key addition to their growing company! We need an experienced Project Manager, dedicated to help execute a growing portfolio of custom power system projects. Zang Agency specializes in engineered switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems across diverse markets including healthcare, industrial, higher education, renewables, and data centers.

• Location: Clarence, NY
• Pay: $90k - $110k(depending on experience)

• MUST HAVE: 4 years of complex project management experience.

What You’ll Do As A Project Manager:

• Lead and manage projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met
• Coordinate with engineering teams, manufacturers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly
• Track milestones, manage documentation, and proactively resolve issues
• Represent our company’s values of integrity, responsiveness, and technical excellence

What We’re Looking For In a Project Manager:

• 4 years of true project management experience
• A two- or four-year degree required; certificate or degree in project management preferred
• Background in engineering or construction is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A team-first mindset and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
