Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at our Sunrise, FL office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing insurance sales operations, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and a thorough understanding of insurance products and solutions
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Proficiency in Finance-related tasks, including analyzing budgets and meeting sales targets
- Team Management experience, including training, mentoring, and motivating team members
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in managing and interpreting market trends to inform sales strategies
- Experience with group benefits solutions (ICHRA, QSEHRA, level-funded, fully insured plans) and ability to position them to business owners
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (ACA, ERISA, COBRA) and ability to guide clients through regulatory considerations
- Proven ability to generate and close B2B opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnership
