What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from prospects looking for ACA health coverage
- Understand each caller's needs and recommend the right plan
- Explain plan options, subsidies, and costs clearly
- Close sales and complete enrollment applications accurately
- Follow our structured sales process from call to close
- Keep compliance and effectuation rates strong
- Log call and application details in the CRM
- Follow up on pending applications to keep enrollments moving
- Check in with clients after enrollment to confirm everything's set

What You'll Need
- An active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License (Florida preferred; multi-state is a plus).
- Current FFM Certification for PY 2026.
- Previous ACA sales experience.
- Comfort handling a high volume of inbound calls.
- Solid knowledge of:
- ACA eligibility requirements
- Marketplace plans and subsidies
- Enrollment and effectuation processes
- ACA compliance guidelines
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable availability and a steady, motivated work ethic.
