CareSupport is an AI assistant that lives in iMessage/SMS and coordinates family caregiving. No app to download - families just text. When a caregiver cancels, it finds and confirms replacements automatically. We're building the coordination layer for the 63 million Americans doing unpaid family caregiving.
I need someone who can ship. Not architect. Not advise. Ship.
The stack: Claude API, Supabase, Railway, Linq for iMessage integration. The architecture is defined.
The system prompt approach is clear. What's missing is hands on keyboard making it real.
What I'm looking for:
- Can build LLM-integrated products (not just prompt engineering - actual systems)
- Moves fast, asks forgiveness not permission
- Has shipped something real, not just prototypes
- Available to start immediately
- Comfortable with a founder who's learning alongside you
This is a paid contract role with potential equity conversation for the right person.
Timeline: Now. Budget exists. Minneapolis-based but remote is fine.
