CareStaff Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Elkton, Maryland for the 2026-2027 school year. Join a supportive educational team and help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed.
Position Details
- Location: Elkton, MD
- Start Date: July 31, 2026
- End Date: June 11, 2027
- Schedule: 35 hours per week
- Pay: $54-$61 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student services.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License
- School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
