CareSouth Carolina is looking for a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pediatrics team in Hartsville, SC.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships with children and their families while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Pediatric experience is strongly preferred, but we also welcome LPNs with experience in family practice, community health, or other clinical settings who have an interest in pediatric care.

What You'll Do
As a Pediatric LPN, you will provide compassionate, age-appropriate nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while supporting their families and working closely with our clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the assessment and care of pediatric patients
- Providing accurate and timely documentation for patient visits
- Administering injections using the seven rights of medication administration
- Performing patient callbacks promptly and professionally
- Assisting with referrals and coordination of patient care
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment for patient care
- Building positive relationships with patients, families, coworkers, and providers
- Providing care consistent with CareSouth Carolina's mission and values
What We're Looking For
- Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing diploma
- Current LPN license in the State of South Carolina
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Six to twelve months of experience in a community health center or family practice setting preferred
- A caring, patient-centered approach and a genuine interest in working with children and families
Schedule & Location
Location: Hartsville, South Carolina
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
