- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from clients seeking tax-related assistance, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide clear explanations of complex concepts such as double entry bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation, and account analysis to clients with varying levels of financial literacy.
- Assist clients with understanding their financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, and guide them through account reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues or complex cases involving mergers & acquisitions or private equity transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Customer service related experience.
- Experience adhering to ethical and confidentiality requirements
- Excellent communication, patience and problem-solving abilities to help address taxpayer inquiries and diffuse difficult situations.
- Knowledge of tax regulations.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot tax-related inquiries.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
