The job includes a wide range of administrative, operational, and personnel tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of in-home care services. Key responsibilities involve maintaining client and caregiver records, serving as a liaison between clients and caregivers, supporting the onboarding of new caregivers, and handling administrative tasks like record-keeping and customer service. You will also have paid on-call every other weekend and days of the week.
