This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Director of Nursing situated in Hackensack, NJ. The Assistant Director of Nursing will provide leadership and management to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality care and adherence to health and safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing operations, maintaining compliance with infection control measures, collaborating on patient care plans, and supporting long-term care quality initiatives. The Assistant Director will also play a critical role in training and mentoring team members, fostering positive outcomes, and adhering to the organization's standards of excellence.
- Proven expertise in Nursing Management, with the ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
- Knowledge and implementation skills in Infection Control, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Strong background in Medicine and Nursing to provide expert care and treatment support.
- Experience in Long-term Care, with a focus on resident well-being and quality care metrics.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing operations and compliance tasks.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Prior leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
