Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time inpatient Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience
- Most recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience must be within the last year
- Ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate skilled patient care
- Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to consistently follow established clinical processes
- Competency caring for patients on telemetry monitors
- Ability to identify basic arrhythmias and interpret EKG strips
- Must live in Las Cruces or the surrounding area to qualify
