About Us

CarePoint Response, Inc. (CPR) is Baltimore's comprehensive behavioral health crisis response system. Since 1992, we have provided compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.

Our mission is to provide timely, effective, and person-centered behavioral health crisis response services in the least restrictive environment. Through crisis intervention, mobile response, withdrawal management, crisis stabilization, residential services, and community-based care, we help individuals and families find hope during life's most challenging moments.

Program Overview

CarePoint Response's Mobile Response Team (MRT) delivers immediate, community-based behavioral health crisis intervention throughout Baltimore City and surrounding communities. Working in partnership with hospitals, law enforcement, emergency departments, community providers, and behavioral health agencies, the MRT provides rapid assessment, de-escalation, stabilization, and linkage to ongoing care.

The Mobile Response Team Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality crisis services while supporting staff, strengthening community partnerships, and promoting excellence in clinical care.
