CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is a rapidly growing provider of occupational health services with over 50 locations nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team.
Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: 6 am - 6 pm as needed, required to give availability 3 days/month.
- Pay Range: $ 65-75/hour
What Youll Do:
- Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures, including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular).
- Provide occupational health services, including medical surveillance exams and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Serve as a clinical leader, ensuring high-quality patient care.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
- Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in both fast-track and main emergency department settings.
- Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
- Active PA or NP license in the applicable state.
- Current DEA license.
- BLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to float between our Austin, TX and Taylor, TX locations.
- Effective communication between patients, clinic manager, and other stakeholders.
