Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Development in developing presentations, marketing items and planning promotional events.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and inviting team members to marketing and regional events.
- Manage schedules, set appointments, and compile roll up reports for the region
- Develop monthly updates of pricing sheets, region rosters, price changes and the new or upgraded features added to the portfolio of programs
- Participate in events such as press releases, launch events and press meetings
- Document statistics and assist in preparing for presentations to the senior executives
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and submitting collateral launches and updates to our company branding
- Booking of venues and assistance in vetting locations for events
- Assist in marketing strategy changes
- Expertise in copy writing, creating power point presentations, handling Excel and Word documents and working with Outlook Express
- Good team player and ability to implement creative ideas with good leadership qualities
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to maintain a healthy atmosphere
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to think critically and make necessary business decisions
- Effective project management skills and ability to meet the deadlines
