CareNow is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our urgent care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with acute musculoskeletal conditions while collaborating closely with medical providers to ensure efficient, coordinated care. Your impact: helping patients recover quickly and safely—often beginning treatment the same day they seek care.
As a Physical Therapist you will
- :Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess strength, mobility, balance, and functional capacit
- yDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goal
- sAdminister therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and appropriate physical modalitie
- sAssess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcome
- sConduct focused musculoskeletal evaluations for walk-in patients in an urgent care settin
- gIdentify clinical red flags and collaborate with providers to determine next steps, including imaging or referral
- sInitiate treatment during same-day visits to support timely recover
- yEducate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategie
- sSupervises Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students in accordance with state practice acts and organizational policy
