Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead and execute U.S. benefits strategy, including open enrollment, renewals, vendor negotiations, and ongoing administration across all plans
- Own global benefits oversight, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability across international markets
- Design and govern enterprise-wide compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, and base pay administration
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and incentive planning aligned to performance and financial targets
- Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to deliver workforce cost modeling, forecasting, and data-driven insights
- Establish strong vendor governance and broker partnerships to optimize cost, performance, and service delivery
- Ensure full compliance across all compensation and benefits programs (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable global regulations)
- Lead and develop a high-performing benefits team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Build and execute communication strategies that simplify complex programs and enhance employee understanding and engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
- Deep expertise in U.S. benefits, including open enrollment, renewals, and administration
- Proven experience leading compensation strategy, including executive and sales incentive programs
- Strong track record in vendor management, cost optimization, and program governance
- Advanced analytical and data modeling capabilities
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS, compensation, and benefits platforms
- Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience supporting global benefits programs (e.g., Philippines, Canada, Trinidad)
- Background in high-growth or multi-country environments
- Exposure to equity compensation and long-term incentive design
