Certification Requirements
- RN or LPN License – Massachusetts (Required)
- BLS Certification – (Required)
- Licensed to practice as an RN or LPN in MA
- Ability to assess resident needs and monitor conditions
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in direct care
- Passionate about improving the lives of others
- Understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Prior experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred
- Conduct routine assessments and communicate any changes in condition
- Oversee care delivery and provide supervision during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of care
- Ensure compliance with facility standards and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update resident care plans
- Support and direct CNAs during care activities
