How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements
Primary Care Physician
- $20,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Available***
Responsibilities
- Provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.
- Interview, examine, and treat clinical patients.
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
- Provide referrals based on examination and patient needs.
- Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.
- Assist in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations.
- Complete medical records (EMR) documentation daily.
- Cover night calls as needed.
- MD or DO degree.
- Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification. If board eligible, must become board certified within 12 months.
- DEA license required.
- For Carelon Health business unit, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
- This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.**
