Caremed Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team of Personal Care Aides (PCA/NA/CNA) serving the Amelia County area. As a key member of our care team, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility support, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Provide timely medication reminders
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Observe and report any changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Active certification in Virginia as a PCA, NA, or CNA
- Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and physical care tasks
- Reliable transportation to client homes
