What You’ll Do
In this key role, you’ll:
- Assist with maintaining and implementing company policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, internal audits, and corrective action plans.
- Track audit results, review findings, and maintain accurate records.
- Help develop and coordinate effective training and education programs across the company.
- Create and improve educational materials for employee orientation and ongoing training.
- Communicate policies, procedures, and training information clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to support compliance and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of experience in home medical equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
- A service-oriented approach with the ability to help resolve concerns and work collaboratively with others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
