What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Rehab Coordinator, you’ll be the critical link between patients, providers, and payers in the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) world. Think of yourself as a professional problem solver , advocate , and all-around healthcare superhero .
- Coordinate appointments, evaluations, and follow-ups
- Handle insurance verification, authorizations, and detailed medical documentation
- Support patients with compassion and clarity as they navigate the CRT process
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records and collaborate across teams
- Stay on top of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and payer-specific requirements
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, DME, or insurance (preferred)
- Experience with prior auths, billing, and patient-facing communication
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
