We are Careismatic Brands Inc., the global leader in medical apparel, footwear, and accessories. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Day Replen/Reserve Manager that will be responsible for ensuring that the picking operation has the right products in stock at the right time to minimize shorts and delayed shipments to our customers.

The Inbound-Receiving and Returns team at Careismatic Brands is responsible for tracking the products that are needed and make sure that there is enough inventory to meet the daily demand.

The Day Replen/Reserve Manager will play a role in ensuring that the team's goals are regularly met, as well as to develop replenishment strategies to maximize picking efficiency. He/she will focus on the safety, accuracy, and efficiency of his or her own actions and that of other employees.

This is a full-time based in our Distribution Center located in Dallas, TX.

Salary Range: $70,000.00

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Drive key operational strategies to align with the picking departments on inventory expectations and optimal replenishment settings that achieve high order picking accuracies, high in-stock metrics, best in class orders fulfilment.
  • Develop inventory flow strategies to the picking areas while partnering with other managers to understand inventory replenishment priorities
  • provide replenishment updates throughout the daily operation shifts (for example, in-stock updates, special request planning, inventory flow plans)
  • Create and develop processes to ensure proper inventory level in picking areas as well optimized item setup
  • Review order issues related to shorts created by improper replenishment
  • Understand the inventory stocking needs of each picking areas
  • Demonstrate latest expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by adapting to competing demands, daily operational changes, and new picking priorities
  • Build commitment for perspectives and rationales related to stock replenishment in the pick mods
  • Recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional weekly reporting that highlights opportunities and risks
  • Plans, organizes, controls, and directs the activities of others as well as self
  • Monitors workflow and makes necessary adjustments
  • Addresses employee issues in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Reports operational issue and opportunities for improvement in a timely and logical manner
  • Delegate tasks as needed and follows up with employees to ensure that tasks are being completed
  • Maintains a positive relationship with each employee that is based on mutual trust, confidence, and respect
  • Clearly communicates instructions and expectations
  • Applies rules and procedures consistently
  • Promotes continuous process improvement activities to support increases in efficiencies and cost reductions

What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma is required
  • At least two years professional experience as a Warehouse or Picking Manager in an e-commerce fulfillment environment
  • Strong leadership skills in fostering a culture of integrity, inclusiveness, teamwork and leading by example, providing clear and constructive feedback and coaching
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, commitment to achieving results
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work under pressure during peak seasons (inbound and outbound)
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or flex schedule as needed to accomplish daily needs of the department and/or cover for other team members when they are absent from work.
  • Strong customer focus
  • At least two years in a managerial role with both direct and indirect reports
  • Strong proficiency with MS office tool – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • User level experience with warehouse management systems, entering and retrieving data
  • Proven analytical and reporting abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with all levels of management
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven, high volume, dynamic business environment
  • Strong business partner with ability to provide insightful analysis and presentations
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Possess the desire for continuous improvement to develop tools, data collection processes, and data management systems
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
