About the Role
Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in project management and client services? We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our implementation process, including creating and maintaining project plans that align with the project scope. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow in the world of project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Create & manage implementation project plans.
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions.
- Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
- Document risks & escalate concerns to leadership, when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Claims, & more.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A quick learner who’s eager to grow and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable working with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, or project management platforms (training provided).
