We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregiver Specialist to support both our clients and caregiving team. If you enjoy helping others and are committed to providing high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs
- Support clients with mobility and ambulation throughout the home
- Perform light housekeeping and household tasks
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Assist clients with shopping and errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Travel within a 30-mile radius as needed
- Help train and mentor new caregivers
- Participate in on-call coverage (must be available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM)
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of personal care and housekeeping practices
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to caregiving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record with minimal or no moving violations
