This is the season to help decorate for the holidays, address holiday cards and letters, bake favorite holiday treats, wrap gifts and listen to holiday music or watch holiday movies with our clients! The holiday season can be a sad and lonely time for our seniors. YOU can make a difference!
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Perform patient observations and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with mobility assistance and transferring clients when necessary
- Specialize in dementia care for clients with specific needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Qualifications
- Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
