CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Orientation Specialist. You will have the opportunity to support and guide the caregiver experience from day one, helping ensure a smooth and successful start within our team.

- Facilitates and conducts virtual training sessions for caregivers across multiple branches.
- Ensures that all caregivers complete the required onboarding and orientation documentation to ensure they are “bench ready” to start work.
- Accurately updates HHA with caregiver orientation attendance, dates/times, and pay information.
- Proactively follows up with caregivers who have not completed the orientation paperwork, ensuring their compliance with deadlines.
- Maintains clear communication between caregivers and Regional Managers to streamline the orientation process.
- Collaborates with the Welcome Team and Operations teams to ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Monitors and reports the orientations status of caregivers and provide feedback for improving the onboarding experience.
- Takes charge of the new hire orientation process, responsible for daily activities of new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Effectively communicates all preemployment requirements to new hires, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Actively participates in team meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration within the team.
- Contributes to the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the orientation process.
- Maintains access to and ensure the security of highly sensitive materials, upholding confidentiality standards.
- Ensures the maintenance of project productivity and quality goals, striving for continuous improvement.
- Communicates with team members and departmental managers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required.
- Two (2) plus years of experience.
- Experience facilitating Orientation and virtual training is preferred.
- Bilingual preferred, English and Spanish.je
