• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to client location's

Job Responsibilities:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Mobility assistance and medication reminders
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
• Transportation (as requested/approved)

• Promotes client quality of life through:
• Safety, hygiene, and healthy living
• Social connection and mental well-being
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proactively identifies and escalates unsafe or emergency situations
